For Regular Auctions

After payment is received, your item will be sent to you directly by regular mail. Depending on your purchase you will receive either a Gift Certificates or letter to redeem in store. You don't have to contact the merchant unless instructed otherwise.

Expect delivery, after paiement, within 10 to 12 working days.
Make sure that your address is correctly entered in your profile settings and that it matches your delivery address.

After payment is received, a "Merkado Proof of Purchase Certificate" will be sent to you directly by email with a secret code which will enable you to collect the item from the Merchant whose address will be specified on the Proof of Purchase Certificate.
In the case of motorized vehicles, you directly pay the automotive dealer. You can call your local newspaper for assistance.
